Description: Specifies where the processing for planning an IFT (inter-facility transfer) Unit occurs. Setting to "N4" reduces dependencies on XPS and contributes to gate operations being able to continue if XPS is offline. Setting to "XPS_Server" reverts to N4 sending 20011 Bento requests to XPS to plan the receival of an IFT Unit for a gate transaction. The default is N4.

N4 - Processing for planning an IFT unit occurs in N4.
XPS_Server - Processing for planning an IFT unit occurs in XPS.
